  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a fee of 10% of the total service cost.

  • To cancel a service, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available for services that have been canceled within the stipulated time frame (24 hours before the scheduled service).

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to process.

3. Exceptions:

  • Some services may be non-refundable due to their nature. Please refer to individual service descriptions for specific terms.

  • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule services rather than issue refunds.
